Employee engagement is always an interesting topic in theoretical and practical bounds. The higher employee engagement is, the better the quality of output is, so it is a effective way for company to improve the performance and sustainable development by fostering the engagement levels. However, the current China is in the key period of social transformation, people are faced with problems like the transformation of the traditional idea, the adjustment of the value system, and the adapt to the new way of life, and it is really a dilemma for company that their employees don’t engage enough. So how to arouse the enthusiasm of employees and improve employee engagement is an important problem for human resource management.Based on the above analysis, this paper aimed to explore the ways to improve employee engagement in ZDKJ company. First of all, the paper confirmed the definition, connotation, structure and measurement of employee engagement; Second, with the integration of case and empirical research, the paper in-depth analysis of problems and insufficient in ZDKJ company with ZDKJ company’s human resource management as the breakthrough point; Third, based on the data from questionnaire survey, the paper used the methods of independent samples t test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis to explore how human resource management issues impacted on the level of employee engagement in ZDKJ company, and found that human resource management policies such as career development, training opportunity and performance evaluation played a very important role in employee engagement. Finally, the paper put forward some principles and policies to improve and optimize employee engagement in ZDKJ company from the perspective of human resource management, and hoped to provide a reference for the domestic and foreign enterprise to deal with the problem of employee engagement.
