China Guangdong nuclear group,Yang Jiang nuclear power project is the national 11 th five-year plan key energy projects,it is also China's largest one-off approval unit and the largest nuclear project,in the developing process of the nuclear scale,standardization,important symbol.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has increasingly become an important production factor,knowledge management has been applied to social activities,enterprise operation,engineering construction and so on.It has high efficiency advantages,more suitable for the complex of the nuclear power projects construction and operation management activities.Due to the high quality requirements,project investment,long cycle,construction and operation of nuclear power projects become very complicated.Therefore,introducing knowledge management into the projects construction and operation,and other areas of the daily production has very important strategic significance,also helps to promote the competitiveness of the nuclear power company in the domestic and international members.Data shows,knowledge management and knowledge management theory and methods at home and abroad study more,however,research of nuclear power enterprise's knowledge management strategy is still is still in the early stage.This paper uses literature analysis,induction,and case analysis on the inside and outside country.The research work of this paper is as follows: ? Summarized and concluded the connotation and concept of knowledge,knowledge management as home and abroad.Using of knowledge management in IEAE,AREVA,KEPCO.etc were introduced in this chapter;? States of enterprise culture,documents and information word,training & experiences feedback of Yang Jiang nuclear power project by concluding and summarizing;? Some reason of shorting of knowledge management of Yang Jiang nuclear power project were analyzed as effect of development environment,multi-units nuclear power project,management organization problems.Recommendations of knowledge management strategies were given to Yang Jiang nuclear power project by multiple dimensions.? A series of methods due to the reasons were discussed in the chapter 4.A recommendation of putting forward knowledge base of innovation,products & management was introduced;A newly,highly integrated knowledge management platform was put forward,the environment of internal information,knowledge need to be improved and reinforced;Forming a matrix organization structure to flattening the management by reducing the levels in information delivery;Mentoring implementation and experience feedback publishing were suggested in this paper.Nowadays,with the rapid development of knowledge management and nuclear power,by using knowledge management to large commercial nuclear power projects,to solve practical problems,reduce the enterprise cost,promote the competitiveness of the enterprise are inevitable mission given by the society,and it has very strong practical significance.
