Shared services is a catalyst forthe modern enterprise financial restructuring, Financial Shared Service Center (Finance Shared Service Center, FSSC) has become the nerve center of the distributed enterprise financial information, financial data warehouse, financial management; Financial Shared Service can bring the whole group operation ability.In this paper, the Oriental Group as an example, through the construction of Financial Shared Services Center, to enhance the ability of financial management and control, in the prevention of financial risks and risk management and other aspects have got some achievements. Hope that through the establishment of Financial Shared Service Center experience, achievements and problems need to be noticed, have certain reference significance for other large-scale group company.
