As the development of market economy, in recent years, WLY group has emplyed a lot of the generation after 80 s and 90 s who graduated from university or colleage via the social recruitment channels,which injected fresh blood for the wine production system. However, due to the continuous and quick development of society, mostly, a number of young staffs have grown up in a rich family with the development of Internet, which is called Y generation or Cenozoic. The young workers’ thought is always under self growing period, which caused lack of a master consciousness and sense of responsibility for the enterprise. Most of them treat work as a living tool or just work to meet the needs of life, also,when they encounter difficulties on work,they do whatever they want regardless of the consequences, basically ignores the personal value and their career development prospect. This situation has brought great challenges to the human resource management of WLY group. For example, This research firstly analyzed the special growth environment of young employees of the workshop, such as the their educational environment, working environment, and the social environment. Basic on the literature research, we made questionnaire designed for the employee’s current situation of occupation in WLY workshop. Using the work forum, questionnaire survey, network survey,we sent out more than 200 questionnaires which mainly studies the Personality characteristics;Psychological feature and the Reasons affecting work performance. Through the statistics of the questionnaire, we concluded the young employees’ life, career planning, psychological pressure, work attitude, negative behavior. According to the conclusion of investigation and analysis, aimed at Existing in the work and ideological situation of the young employees.we need to analyze the existing problems from the different types of employees, analyzes the critical enthusiasm of thought influence, and Finally make out the management countermeasures.This article has conducted the exploring research on the young staff management issues of WLY group workshop; aiming at acknowledge young worker’s characteristics who are employed by workshop of WLYgroup,and provide scientific reference for making decision about the strategy of human resources management.
