With the continuous development of mobile communication technology,it has become a common phenomenon in all walks of life for employees to use mobile communication devices to deal with work or get in touch with colleagues during non-working hours(work connectivity behavior after-hours).Keeping "connected" with work can blur the boundary between work and life, and have a series of negative effects on employees' behaviors. At present, the new generation of employees have become the main force in the workplace, and the phenomenon of job burnout is becoming more and more common among the new generation of employees. How to relieve the job burnout of the new generation of employees caused by work pressure is an important issue for the organization and management.Based on this background, this study selected the job burnout problem of the current generation of employees as the research object, and discussed the influence and mechanism of non-working hours work connectivity behavior as a source of stress.Based on the conservation of resources theory, this study introduces psychological detachment as the mediating variable and perceived organizational support as the moderating variable, and constructs a moderating mediating model. To study the mediating role of psychological detachment between work connectivity behavior after-hours and job burnout of new generation employees,as well as the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the model. We collected data from 417 new generation employees by two ways: online electronic questionnaire and offline MBA students' centralized filling. On this basis, empirical analysis is carried out to demonstrate the relationship among non working time work connectivity behavior, job burnout of new generation employees, psychological disengagement and perceived organizational support.Through the analysis and test of statistical software, the results show that there is a positive correlation between work connectivity behavior after-hours and job burnout.Psychological disengagement plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between work connectivity behavior after-hours and job burnout of new generation employees.Perceived organizational support moderates the relationship between psychological detachment and job burnout of the new generation of employees. It also moderates the indirect effect of work connectivity behavior after-hours on job burnout through psychological detachment.
