Counterproductive work behavior refers to the employees intend to act against the interests of the organization and its members.In the 21 st century,the value of knowledge workers gradually highlight,because they have more influence on enterprise development than general workers.Therefore,counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers poses a great threat to the growth of enterprises.It has become one of the important problems that cannot be ignored.In addition,in the context of economic globalization and informatization,the pressure of knowledge workers is increasing.and some studies have shown that work stress can trigger negative behaviors.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to discuss the relationship between work pressure and counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers.On the basis of theoretical analysis of work stress,emotion and knowledge workers' counterproductive work behavior,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influence of work pressure on the counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers.With 324 valid questionnaire data,using statistical analysis software such as SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0,and adopting the statistical methods such as correlation analysis,path analysis,to examine the influence of work pressure on the counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers and their influencing mechanism.The results show that the work pressure has a significant influence on the counterproductive work behavior of the knowledge workers.Specifically,the challenging work pressure has a significant negative influence on the counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers;The positive emotion play a part intermediary role between them.In addition,the obstructive pressure has a significant positive influence on the counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers;The negative emotions also play a part intermediary role between them.According to the above conclusions,this paper proposes the following management Suggestions: First,enterprises should help knowledge workers to make reasonable career planning and moderately increase the challenging task.Second,enterprises should help knowledge workers to improve the awareness of emotion management.In addition,enterprises can organize emotional management trainings,and establish a decompression chamber to improve the positive emotions of knowledge workers and channel negative emotions.Finally,the aim of reducing and alleviating the counterproductive work behavior of knowledge workers is achieved.
