Research On Industrial Agglomeration And Use Of Intensive Land In Fukang City Industrial Park

With the rapid economic development, extension and expansion of land use type has been difficult to sustain the extensive expansion of industrial development, promoting the intensive use of land, will be the main target area of land use. On the one hand, the level of industrial development and industrial structure determines the evolution of land use patterns, structure and change. On the other hand, land use status, endowments, methods and factors such as land policy and institutional constraints and will guide the direction of regional industrial development and restructuring. Therefore, the regional industrial agglomeration and intensive land use has a close relationship. Xinjiang, a vast land area, the country’s total land area of 1/6, but its level of development lags behind the eastern region, extensive land use. Therefore, on the basis of industrial development, improving the level of intensive land use has important research value. In this paper, Fukang City Industrial Park as an example, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, analyzes industrial park industrial agglomeration and the present condition of the land intensive utilization, and using correlation model studies the relation between industrial agglomeration and intensive utilization of land, on this basis, put forward to promote fukang industrial park, industrial agglomeration and the countermeasures of intensive utilization of land.
