The Study On The Promotion Countermeasure For The Land Intensive Use Of Industry Park In Yongxiu County

The development of industry parks in China from the beginning in the end of 80 s to the full rising in 1992 has more than 20 years,with the rising of the industry parks,the related land use researches of industry parks slowly become the research hotspots for the domestic scholars.At present,the related land intensive use evaluation research of industry parks in China has became the research hotspot for the related land use researches of industry parks,the scholars have made a lot of research on the land intensive use evaluation in the various industry parks.Based on the "on the guiding opinions for the promotion of land conservation and intensive use " issued by Ministry of land and resources in September 12,2014,this study is a research on the land intensive use evaluation of industry park in Yongxiu County,also a update research on the land intensive use evaluation of industry park in Yongxiu County,the industry park in Yongxiu County had made some land intensive use evaluation researches in 2008 and 2011,based on these land intensive use evaluation researches in 2008 and 2011,this study evaluates the land intensive use of industry park on December 31,2013 in Yongxiu County,at the same time,using the land intensive use evaluation results,this study has some related optimal management researches for the land intensive use of industry park in Yongxiu County The study includes six parts of the main content: An introduction,the study theoretical basis of the land intensive use evaluation and management research of industry parks,the current situation analysis of the land use of industry park in Yongxiu County,the land intensive use evaluation of industry park in Yongxiu County,the management status and optimization countermeasure analysis of the the land intensive use of industry park in Yongxiu County,the research conclusion and discussion.In this study the main parts are the current situation analysis of the land use of industry park in Yongxiu County,the land intensive use evaluation of industry park in Yongxiu County,the management status and optimization countermeasure analysis of the the land intensive use of industry park in Yongxiu County 3 parts.Based on the simple introduction of the basic information for the unique industry park in Yongxiu County——Yunshan Economic Development Zone,the current situation analysis of the land use of industry park in Yongxiu County analyses the current situation of the land use with the Yunshan Economic Development Zone,the current situation analysis of the land use with the Yunshan Economic Development Zone including the qualitative and quantitative analysis is the analysis from 2 aspects: the current land supply situation and the current land development situation.The land intensive use evaluation of industry park in Yongxiu County is the current land intensive use evaluation of the Unshan Economic Development Zone in December 2013 31,the evaluation method and the evaluation index system of the land intensive use evaluation of the Unshan Economic Development Zone are mainly according to the "on the guiding opinions for the promotion of land conservation and conclusion: in December 31,2013,the land intensive degree score of the entire Yunshan Economic Development Zone is roughly 89.32,the land intensive degree score of the main area in Yunshan Economic Development Zone is roughly 90.68,the land intensive degree score of the development direction area in Yunshan Economic Development Zone is roughly 83.87.finally this study determines: the land intensive use degree of the entire Yunshan Economic Development Zone belongs to the higher intensive use level,the land intensive use degree of the main area in Yunshan Economic Development Zone belongs to the higher intensive use level,the land intensive use degree of the development direction area in Yunshan Economic Development Zone belongs to the medium intensive use level.With the land intensive use evaluation results of the Yunshan Economic Development Zone,the management status and optimization countermeasure analysis of the land intensive use of industry park in Yongxiu County is an analysis which puts forward problems and points that can be optimized for the land intensive use management status in the Yunshan Economic Development Zone,is also an analysis which finally carries on the optimized detail analysis for the land intensive use management status in the Yunshan Economic Development Zone from 4 aspects: the land use degree,the land structure,the land use intensity,the industry land efficiency with input and output.Through the current land intensive use evaluation and analysis for the unique industry park in Yongxiu County——Yunshan Economic Development Zone,this study comes to the conclusion: in December 31,2013,the land intensive degree of the Yunshan Economic Development Zone belongs to the higher intensive use level,with the land intensive use evaluation analysis for the Yunshan Economic Development Zone,at the same time,this study finds the problems and points that can be optimized for the land intensive use management status in the Yunshan Economic Development Zone,then optimizes these points that can be optimized,so as to provide better direction and measures for the future land intensive use management in the Yunshan Economic Development Zone,also to provide relevant data and information of the continuous and orderly evaluation researches for the land intensive use evaluation in the Yunshan Economic Development Zone.
