Qitai Minqi Stone Industrial Park Land Intensive Use Evaluation

Driven by China’s Large-scale Development in the West China, policy of aiding Xinjiang by another19provinces and municipalities and the avocation of building North Tianshan Mt. Slope Economic Zone,as well as Wu-chang economic integration policies, Changji Prefecture’s industrialization, informatization,agriculture and animal husbandry’s modernization have gained rapidly development. So has thedevelopment process and quality of industrial park. It is obvious that the industrial park is playing more andmore significant role in enhancing economic and social development. As the speeding up of energyexploiting and groundbreaking of Xinjiang’s second eastward channel, Qitai County is facing a historicdevelopment chance. In order to meet demand of urbanization, balance urban and rural development, boosthealthy and orderly development, improve the quality of urbanization and lead local population, industryand township’s development, industrial park is playing an overwhelming important role. However, landintensification has become the base of sustainable development. Thus there is a great deal of significant instudying the land intensification in industrial park. Through commenting land intensification, analyzingevaluating results, this article has put forward some suggestions on land intensification and sustainabledevelopment in the industrial park.
