With the continuous developing of the population industrialization and urbanization, Chinahas in the comprehensive lot of collective land for construction, consequently the socialcontradictions caused by land acquisition and resettlement have become increasinglyprominent. after20years of construction and development, the development zone has becomeour country economy development in the most vigorous growth point, in promoting regionaland urban economic development, and give full play to the window and radiation effects,received a good effect. But at the same time, the development zone land use there is land lie idle,utilization efficiency is low, the planning area of too big, the occupation of cultivated land ratiois high, the land use structure is not reasonable and low land, state-owned land assets lossserious problems. Therefore, domestic and foreign scholars for the development zone landintensive use potential evaluation and a wide range of research. After entering the21st century,along with the country to strengthen the control of land, construction land contain blinddisorder expansion, the economical and intensive utilization of land as many scholars eagerconcern.Based on FuKang industrial development zone in xin jiang as an example, in the light of howto intensive economy make good use of the land resources, optimize the land use structure, theestablishment of the sustainable development of the industrial development zone mechanismwas studied. Establishes the perfect appraisal index system, explore industrial developmentzone land intensive evaluation method, to standardize and guide FuKang industrialdevelopment zone land resources reasonable use, to upgrade the expanding area is of greatsignificance.
