In recent years,the economic of Fukang City development rapidly,the demand for land continues to increase,but most of the land surrounding the Fukang City are belong to the collective farmers. With the economic development of economy,the expropriation of rural land is increasing.In this process,It brings a lot of land conflicts,the number and size of which are in increasing day by day. The research started from the recent rural land conflicts,the paper indicated the connotation,traits and types of rural land conflicts.It then comprehensively discussed the reason for the rural land conflicts in fukang and provided the basis for the solution of the problem of rural land conflicts. The paper involved many aspects such as society,economy,system and administration.It involves the social status of peasants themselves,the social environment, the economic environment of land market and the current laws and regulations.
