At present, the domestic scale manufacturing enterprises have established suitable for enterprises of the status quo of series of standardized production management system, but most domestic small and medium-sized private enterprises still stays on the experience of management ideas. Based on the typical many varieties of small batch of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises of GD company production management module as the research object, the thorough analysis in the process of the production management problems existing in the actual, such as new product import time is too long, the same question in multiple repeated when the fresh produce is imported; Production plan change frequently, the sharing of information between the various departments, the lead to work between departments are not synchronized; Often happens to the material purchasing and warehouse material not in time can not find the phenomenon, many incoming bad batch, etc. These problems and to product procurement and storage management, information management, product import management, quality management and production planning management.Against these problems of the enterprise, through the process analysis to identify the crux of the problem, and then using the fish bone diagram to detailed analysis may produce the problem such as the specific reason, again to determine the cause of the use of production operations management, business process reengineering, economic order quantity, process analysis, IE, statistics, lean production, as well as Johnson law to improve technique, make effective improvement plan.
