More and more problems of have been gradually exposed while the elevator man ufacturing industry is under development. In numerous elevator manufacturing compa nies in China, the property of most large scale enterprises is foreign or joint venture, which has an important influence on the development of the whole elevator manufact uring industry of China. Xizi Otis Company is the famous elevator manufacturing co mpany in the world, and this paper aims to figure the problems out based on it. In addi tion, it would be significant when doing contract execution business process research on Xizi Otis Company.Rapid changes in market demand and the fierce competition, which makes the Xi zi Otis Company facing towards many problems, such as how to shorten the delivery t ime, ensure the product quality, as well as the difficulties of customized product featur es and specifications according to customer requirements, have to development by cha nging the mechanism of the company. This paper tries to analyze the contract executio n process of Xizi Otis Company by applying the value flow chart, and then find out th e existing problems in it, analyzes the necessity of business process from the internal and external factors of Xize Otis Company. As the results show that only through cont ract process reengineering can really get rid of the dilemma. And this paper selects the lean production theory through the whole process of project management to guide the project to reduce waste, ensure the project schedule and reduce the project risk in this process. In addition, theories and technology has been well combined in this project, such as WBS chart, working responsibility allocation table and project schedule Gantt chart, which are effectively help the project team to define the project operation ideas, ensure the project schedule. All of the methods help to lay the foundation for the project to be success in the end.At last, it is shows that the result is feasible that doing contract restructuring Process based on lean production theory. Through the implementation of the contract r estructuring process in the company, not only the currently production problems have been solved in Xizi Otis Company, eliminate the waste duing the process, shorten the production cycle, improve the production efficiency and the overtime of employees ef fectively, reduced the production cost, but also the quality of the product has been ens ured, improve the customer satisfaction, as well as provide a right direction for contin uous improving of Xizi Otis Company.
