Research On The Problem Of Housing Expropriation And Compensation On The State Owned Land In Wu Yi Farm

There is two basic causes about land relocation compensation problem for workers, one de-iving from the process of urbanization, and the other from the need of economic construction changing leading to land resources scarce, so landless workers more and more.The Landless Workers’ compensation has not been met long-term livelihood needs. When Government considers the compensation, it should combine fully landless workers quality of short-term survival with long-term development objectives, so that workers receive adequate short-term compensation and ability to achieve long-term sustainable development.Based on the results of the study on compensation standard of land requisition in China, combining typical survey with staff on Wu Yi farm, this study takes Wu Yi farm land as a sample area, total of 100 questionnaires won 98 valid questionnaires, response rate reached 98%. By analyzing the questionnaires, it shows that, after the land expropriation, the landless workers have hold increasing income, and the living conditions of landless workers have improved; the employment situation of land landless workers have recovered. Life change after collection by the relocation of workers have two kinds of situation: one is that the worker’s life almost no change after relocation, having minimal impact; two is levied by the influence of the lost land, expropriation, the original way of life suffered great changes. By the relocation, workers are satisfied with the present life.
