With the accelerated pace of urbanization and the continued implementation of urban renewal, the work of state-owned land on the housing levy becomes the focus of attention. Compensation to the development takes a direct impact on people's interests, social stability and unity. Therefore, to continuously embody social justice, develop a reasonable standard of compensation, as the common aspirations of the people.The owners of urban state-owned houses, as a direct contributor to urban renewal, join in urban renewal. However, compensation for their sacrifices is unfair. Based on the principles of equity, raises the standard of equity compensation. Analysis of state-owned land by the owner of the value of their housing situation, explore their losses during collection. And to learn from foreign experience and compensation criteria, taking into consideration the development of collection standards. Losses to be imposed in the study, based on the standard of compensation to rebuild the framework, the value from the house constitute a loss to be charged with two angles, the expansion of existing compensation models.Results of this study include the use of fair compensation sociological point of view of content, establishing the full compensation in the form of compensation for content.
