Study On Team Construction Of Zhejiang Yangyu Mechanic And Manufacturing Company

The time for China to introduce into team concept is relatively late, after reform and opening-up, some enterprises drawn lesson from advanced management experience of foreign enterprises, it has realized the importance of team concept in economic management of China, but it still has large gap from developed countries in real operation, this needs us to make study on team construction of domestic enterprises according to real conditions of China, analyze team establishment and management model of enterprise in China. For example, the enterprise team in China universally has weak stability and cooperation ability, it urgently needs relevant theory study, it provides feasible suggestion to solve these problems.This paper firstly introduces concept, characteristic and establishment step of team: establish team, manage and operate team, encourage team. And then it introduces development condition, company personnel, organization frame as well as type and company team and methods of company team construction of Zhejiang Yangyu Mechanic Manufacturing Company. In addition, it also analyzes the problems exist in company: it has not formed clear team spirit, staff is to team construction, team has not formed base of mutual trust, the overall quality of team members is too low. In the end of this paper, as for problems in aspect of company team construction, we use population dynamics theory, cooperation and competition theory, team role theory, wooden barrel Theory etc to put forward measures and suggestion for team construction of Zhejiang Yangyu Mechanic Manufacturing Company: build team spirit, establish high-efficient team communication and exchange mechanism, establish scientific team encouragement system, increase team training and organization activity. It hopes that this paper can have beneficial referential effect for team construction of enterprises.
