With the development of the system of human resource management in modern enterprise management is becoming more and more important, the enterprise through the planning, organization, leadership and control, reasonable optimization of organizational resources, in order to attract and retain talent, fully tap the potential of talents. Performance management as a key link in the system of human resources management, plays an important role in the management of human resource. It is an important means to realize the goal of the team and staff, so the implementation of performance management of enterprises have special significance.A pillar of China’s information industry mainly to IT enterprises, and in the national economy play a decisive role. IT enterprise is a knowledge intensive, talent intensive enterprises. Technical personnel is the core competitiveness of enterprises, so the performance management is an important means for enterprise to realize its strategic target.At present, many IT enterprise managers have common identity of the importance of performance management, the organization has taken some methods, but in actual operation, easy to overlook the combined with the characteristics of the enterprises themselves, or only focus on performance appraisal and ignore other aspects of performance management that make the enterprise performance management failed to play its due effect, and cause the frequent changes and loss of IT industry talent.This thesis introduces the basic status and performance management of NX information technology company. On the basis of the analysis, combining the related theories of performance management and the development strategy of the company, management by objectives method, balance score method and the key performance index method, in ensuring the implementation of the enterprise continuously, improve the enterprise performance management system.This thesis through the method of theory combining with the actual situation under the premise, through the use of all aspects of performance management to improve the performance management of NX information technology company, and we hope it has help to similar small and medium sized IT enterprises in the implementation of performance management.
