Balanced scorecard is a set of performance evaluation method combined with enterprise strategy formulation.The strategy is its core content,the enterprise's executive ability is its starting point,the enterprise's strategy and executive ability directly affect the formulation of balanced scorecard.BSC compares a series of financial performance indicators with non-financial performance indicators,fully reflecting its comprehensive and balanced development characteristics.This paper first analyses the content and framework of the balanced scorecard,and compared with some other methods of performance appraisal,and then from the H company's internal environment and external environment analysis of H company in the current performance evaluation system of the existing problems and reasons,to introduce more targeted the balanced scorecard performance evaluation of the method.According to the actual development situation of H company,construct the performance evaluation system,from the team members build,formulate implementation plan,making assessment rules,preparation and implementation of propulsion,stage performance feedback evaluation aspects such as planning the balanced scorecard implementation steps in H company,assist in H company development strategy planning.
