| Recently, as IT widely used in enterprises, IT projects are huge and also the investment in IT is a big part of enterprise turnover. Whether the investment in IT can improve the productivity, and whether it can improve the market competition, and whether it can bring benefit to enterprise, all these are attained the attention of the enterprises and the researchers.The performance evaluation can recognize the value of enterprise information technology investment, and it can analyze the strength and weakness, and it can definite the enterprise strategy on IT, and also it is an effective method to manage enterprise IT. So, the dissertation mainly discusses how to evaluate the performance of enterprise information technology synthetically.Firstly, the dissertation analyzed the situation of enterprise IT performance evaluation in many countries, and made a research of many evaluation methods, and deeply discusses the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and analyzed the probability of BSC applied in IT performance evaluation. Eventually the dissertation built the guideline based on BSC.Secondly, the dissertation discusses many evaluation methods based on the guideline, such as AHP method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, principal component analysis method, and so on. And the AHP method was used as the evaluation method.Finally, a real case was given to testify the operability of this model. The dissertation applied the guideline and the model into a commerce company, and analyzed the situation of IT in many ways, and also provided many suggestions. |
