Since2003, with the deep development of the national reformation, the rural credit cooperatives have carried out a series of reformation, business conditions continue to improve, profit also increase year by year.But for a long time, the performance management of rural credit cooperatives is still in the chaos and backwardness.And the messed phenomenon is serious.These will seriously affect its business management Facing the high pressures between the State-owned Commercial Banks and Joint-stock Banks, in order to get sustainable development,the rural credit cooperatives still need to rely on their own improvement on the business management to have a qualitative change.So establishing and improving its performance management system has very important practical significance in achieving the strategic objectives, enhancing the execution and retaining the core of talents.In this paper, the research object is A rural credit cooperatives in the Pearl River Delta economic developed areas, which the has established a comprehensive KPI performance management system.First, analysis of the current situation and problems of performance management of A rural credit cooperatives.Secondly, research its performance management system and design proposal.Finally, based on the balanced scorecard theory and human resource management theory, discusse how to improve the performance management of A rural credit cooperatives, to promote its development of business management.
