Research On Proiect Management Maturity Evaluation In Frequency Converter Manufacture Enterprise

The energy consumption grew quite fast in global range, and Frequency Converter can reduce lots of unnecessary energy consumption during process of electricity utilization, so the frequency converter manufacturing enterprises developed quite fast. Frequency converter manufacturing enterprise in China always have problem as lack of project management technology and the concept, and inefficient application for project management. Therefore, it has been a quite emergency case to start evaluation and research for project management maturity in enterprise which is useful to improve enterprise project management capability and core competitiveness.This thesis mainly research and analyse domestic and international project management maturity theory and model, and combined with frequency converter manufacturing enterprise characteristics, then build a project management maturity model for frequency converter manufacturing enterprise. Using the method of expert questionnaire survey to make sure key factors for evaluation indicator, and adopt AHP and communication entropy method together to confirm index weight of project management. Build up the method of evaluation and analysis for project management which is based on grey comprehensive evaluation of gray correlation degree, and analyze actual project in enterprise. Make application and research for actual by project management maturity evaluation model.This research analyze the project of Multi Frequency Converter System in Mine Application. According situation of frequency converter manufacturing enterprise, use project management maturity comprehensive evaluation method to analyze enterprise project management actual situation. This evaluation result is similar to actual enterprise project management situation. This evaluation method can manage and improve project management work of enterprise timely and effectively.
