| Intelligent weapons and equipment are the important part of national defense construction and military combat effectiveness.The manufacturing of intelligent weapons and equipment conforms to the national development plan and the trend of manufacturing intelligence.But the manufacturing of intelligent weapons and equipment has not yet formed an efficient standard and a clear positioning,and lacks the successful experience and guidance of the maturity of intelligent weapons and equipment manufacturing.In order to effectively identify the maturity level of intelligent weapon equipment manufacturing,improve the enterprise intelligent weapon equipment manufacturing maturity evaluation system,and improve the enterprise intelligent weapon equipment manufacturing level,the paper proposes an intelligent weapon equipment manufacturing maturity evaluation model to evaluate the enterprise’s intelligent weapon equipment manufacturing maturity,determine the enterprise’s smart weapon equipment manufacturing maturity,and proposes targeted countermeasures.The paper combs the domestic and foreign research on intelligent weapon equipment,manufacturing maturity and related evaluations.Based on the analysis of the related theories of intelligent weapon equipment and manufacturing maturity,according to the principles of scientific,systematic,and operability,the paper determines the evaluation index of smart weapon equipment manufacturing maturity,constructs the evaluation index system of smart weapon equipment manufacturing maturity,and clarifies the level of smart weapon equipment manufacturing maturity.The “Manufacturing Maturity Manual” is the main reference.The comprehensive weight of index is determined through the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.And the paper constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of intelligent weapon equipment manufacturing maturity.Model application with Unmanned Aerial Vehicle equipment as the object.The questionnaire is distributed by experts and practitioners related to Unmanned Aerial Vehicle equipment.The paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the manufacturing maturity of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle equipment.Finally,according to the evaluation results,some suggestions for improving the maturity of intelligent weapon equipment manufacturing are put forward from different aspects. |
