Research On Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Improvement Strategy Of BQ Company Based On Maturity Model

Nowadays,with the progress and development of global industrial technology,the arrival of the fourth industrial Revolution has been significantly promoted.In order to consolidate their leading position in the economy,developed countries have successively formulated corresponding measures from the national strategic level to build a new manufacturing system with intelligent manufacturing as the core.China also issued the "Made in China 2025" strategy in 2015,and also formulated the "Guide to the Construction of National Intelligent Manufacturing Standard System" and other standard systems,so as to cultivate and guide enterprises to realize the transformation of intelligent manufacturing and build China’s large manufacturing system.However,the construction of China’s intelligent manufacturing system has gone through a process,so many enterprises are built in the process of the transformation of China’s manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing.In the process of its construction,China’s intelligent manufacturing system is in the period of development,the system itself is not very perfect,intelligent manufacturing capacity domain by the impact of the objective environment at that time the development of the level of difference,and the lack of comprehensive evaluation of intelligent manufacturing capacity level after completion.Therefore,many enterprises have the same common problem.That is,what is the level of intelligent manufacturing capacity of the enterprise? How to improve the level of intelligent manufacturing capability next?This thesis takes BQ Company as the research object to study how to carry out self-assessment of intelligent manufacturing maturity level and further improve intelligent manufacturing capability of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.By means of literature survey,through consulting a large number of documents,national standards and government guidance documents,the intelligent manufacturing theory and maturity model at home and abroad are studied,summarized and summarized.Combined with intelligent manufacturing architecture,the status quo of intelligent manufacturing in BQ Company was analyzed from three dimensions of system level,intelligent characteristics and life cycle.Intelligent manufacturing capability maturity assessment method,according to the discrete manufacturing enterprises determine the assessment domain of BQ company,from the people,technology,resources,and manufacturing ability of four elements,choose nine domain,and ability of 15 subdomains to build intelligent manufacturing capability evaluation model,using expert scoring method for comprehensive evaluation on the intelligent manufacturing capability maturity.The maturity level of BQ company’s intelligent manufacturing capability was determined according to the scoring results and total score of each ability subdomain,and the deficiencies of each ability domain were studied.Strategies for improving BQ company’s intelligent manufacturing capability were proposed from the aspects of BQ company’s development planning,management system construction,talent echelon construction,warehousing and logistics improvement and government policy support.In this thesis,the research on BQ company’s intelligent manufacturing capacity improvement strategy can not only help BQ company understand its own construction level in intelligent manufacturing,but also help other companies that will implement or are implementing the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing to provide some reference.
