Research On The Improvement Of Quality Management System In Daqing Mud-logging Company

Daqing mud-logging company is a branch of a Daqing Oil Field Co, is China’slogging industry leading enterprises, and plays a leading role for the development ofdomestic mud-logging industry. Now the mud-logging companies continue tostrengthen their own management, enhance the enterprise market competition abili ty,make the industry increasingly fierce competition. How to gain a firm foothold in themarket, service quality has become one of the most important indexes of each indexin the enterprise. How to improve the quality of the service, is a test of the wisdomof the managers.In this paper, it conducts the research of the field problem by the research ofliterature study, empirical analysis. Firstly, it briefly introduces the researchbackground and significance of the topic, introduces the definition of qu alitymanagement, quality and development process, and then introduces the content andmain research methods of this study. Secondly, it analyzes the status and problems ofthe quality management system, introduces the current situation and characteristics,ascertains the existence problems of the system, then analyzes the causes of theproblems, and then puts forward the necessity of quality management systemimprovement. Thirdly, it discusses the quality management system improvementscheme. According to company’s problems and their causes, it proposes a scheme ofquality management system improvement, and clear improvement goals, methods,and contents. It is the focus of this paper. Finally, it researches the implementation ofquality management system improvement scheme, which mainly focuses on theimplementation plan of scheme, formulates security measures and emergencyresponse plan, through contrast of the new and old process, ev aluates theimprovement effect.In conclusion, the paper take the framework of proposing questions, analyzingproblems and resolving problems,analyses the problems of process quality,and thenputs forward the improvement program,implementation schedule and the evaluationof program. Through trial practice, the scheme of quality management systemimprovement is feasible.
