Research On The Improvement Of The Quality Management System In The Company A Based On ISO/TS16949

With the rapid development of global economic integration, the competition between international and domestic enterprises is more and more severe. In the brutal enterprise competition in the international and domestic markets, to occupy a certain market share, it is necessary for the enterprise to continuously improve the competitiveness of the enterprise itself, namely the competitiveness of the product or service. Only in this way, can the enterprise not be brought to its knees by ruthless market. To improve product competitiveness, the enterprise cannot solely rely on low price to win market share. The more important is to through continuously improve product quality level and quality management level, to obtain the final market competitive advantage. And for the improvement of enterprise quality, it is needed to establish a set of scientific and advanced quality management system, what is suitable for the industry standard. For the existing quality management system, it is necessary to continuously improve and perfect, and to make it meet industry standards and customer requirements.This article tells the story of the origin and development of the ISO/TS16949 in the auto industry, the general process of the establishment and improvement of the quality management system, and quality management theory and method, such as total quality management, PDCA cycle and quality control tools, five tools. Then select a company of auto parts as a case study object. By research and analysis on the existing automobile industry technical specification, the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system of the company A, find out a series of problems of the enterprise. Then, according to the relevant theory of the quality system and experience design some solutions for the enterprise, and make every effort to solve the existing problems, and continuous improve and optimize the A company’s quality management system. In this paper, it is hoped that the research on the application and continual improvement of the quality management system TS16949 in company A, will provide some reference for other enterprises facing similar problems.
