With the fast growing of global economic integration and manufacturing industry,the marketing competition amongst various industries is getting more and more fierce than before.Nowadays the gap of production cost and manufacturing technologies from different enterprises is getting smaller.Under this background,how to improve product quality and reduce quality cost has been the key factor for enterprises to win against the competitions.In recent years,the product quality problems in manufacturing workshop have seriously blocked the further development of company F.Therefore this thesis evaluates and diagnoses the quality system and comes up with systematic solution proposal,aiming to improve product quality and overall quality management level of manufacturing workshop.The background and purposes of the study are fistly introduced in the thesis.The different stages of quality management development and relative quality philosophies are reviewed and briefed.Besides,some quality tools and the status quo as well as future trend of quality development are also discussed and analyzed.The investigation and problem analysis about the quality system in manufacturing workshop focus on the current product quality level,vital production processes and key quality indicators.On top of this,the operation status of quality management system is evaluated either.The root causes are identified via the analysis of 5M1E which influence the production quality.The overall solution for improvement is put forward with regard to key process optimization,process control,equipment maintenance and continuous improvement of quality management.During the execution of improvement solution,some measurements such as establishing training system,optimizing incentive mechanism are introduced to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of execution.Furthermore the solution emphasizes on advanced precaution and process quality control and targets to upbuild total quality management with all staff participation.By taking the evaluation of customer satisfaction survey,product quality level and quality cost analysis,the improvement solution is proven effective and efficient in manufacturing workshop.The improved quality system meets the reality of enterprise and pay high attention on customer's requirements.Furthermore it could ensure the long-term sustainable development of company F.
