| Food is the material basis for human survival and development.With the improvement of people's living consumption level,food has been divorced from the simple guarantee of people's survival needs of the status.From the greater than the supply to oversupply,people now become more concerned about eating science,nutrition,and safe food than eating full and well before.However,with the rapid development of food industry bringing the frequent occurrence of food safety accidents,food safety problem has become one of the focus of attention,and food quality has become a key factor in the market competition.Therefore,how to strengthen and improve the food quality management of food enterprises in China,and how to produce safety,green quality assured food,and regain the trust of consumers,will not only relate to the market competitiveness of food enterprises,but also to expand domestic demand and exports,to stimulate China's sustained and healthy economic growth and development.Therefore,this article takes the Q Company's Y products as an example to study the food quality management of food enterprises,which must be of great significance.Q Company is a wholly owned subsidiary invested by a food research institute,has 20 years experience in food additives production,has formed a high power sweetener as a leader,taking into account the antioxidant,new food raw materials,feed additives,the diversified product pattern,has a certain degree of influence in the industry and the community.However,the Q Company's Y product quality management level still does not reach the market demand level,along with exposing many problems and deficiencies,resulting in the loss of the first domestic production of the market lead,and hindered the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.This article takes Q Company for the research object,combined with the comprehensive quality management theory and the other modern quality management theory on the deeply explored and studied of the present situation of the enterprise's Y product quality management.Based on the present situation of the enterprise,this paper analyzes the typical problems in quality management of the enterprise's Y products from the cause-and-effect or fishbone diagrams,whole staff participation,whole process control and quality Management,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and solutions.The Q Company plays a guiding role in the change of staff quality training and performance appraisal,validation of environmental hygiene cleanliness and continually processing monitors.Through these measures,the Q Company can improve the staff training and incentive system,improve the enthusiasm of all staff to participate in quality activities,quality control throughout the process,improve the production process capability and quality management level to withstand market risk,so that enterprises stable,sustained and healthy development,but also hope to be able to use this for domestic small and medium-sized food enterprises in quality management improvement activities to provide reference value at the same time. |
