The Improvement Plan Of YHDZ Company Quality Management System

YHDZ Company is an enterprise which engaged in a military communications equipment, military communications systems integration and military security equipment design, production and service, the company has adopted the quality management system certification. Through the quality of the implementation of document management systems, although the corporate quality management system has improved, the company quality management level was not sustained raised. Based on this issue, the paper is exploring its quality management system to improve the program.Based on the study of quality control theory and application at home and abroad, firstly, YHDZ company quality management system operation status was be analyzed based on the information of the failure report audited by the YHDZ company quality management system in recent years and the key issues including document control, records control, design and development control, procurement control, production and service delivery processes and procedures for the preparation and implementation of monitoring not perfecting enough which were fund based on Order Code; Secondly, against the above question of the document management and records control systems and the implementation of monitoring, YHDZ company documents and records control procedures chart was designed and the documents and records control procedures was improved based on using the process way of the TQM and ISO9000 standards; Thirdly, against the above question of the design and development control, procurement control, production and service delivery processes and procedures for the preparation and implementation of monitoring, the paper presented the model of design and development process quality control and the procurement process quality control and the production and service delivery based on the PDCA principle of quality control technology according to the process way of the TQM and ISO9000 standards. Lastly, against the question of the Key production process which did not use statistical quality control of products quality control, the key technical quality control process flow chart was presented based on SPC technology, Taking the filter axis machining process as an example, the process stability evaluation and improvement program of the key components were designed based on the control chart principle and causal analysis, the key processing capacity assessment and improvement program was presented based on the principle of process ability and the key process Stability Control program was presented based on the control chart, through the process of production sustained improvement, the production process of the filtering axis from instability to stability, so as to meet the continuous monitor of the production process.
