Research On Schedule Control Of CK-1 Housing Placement Project

Schedule control is an important part of project management.Scientific and reasonable project progress plan and effective project schedule control is playing a more and more important role in project management.The operation time of project,the direct cost and relevant loss,depend on whether the project is completed on schedule or not.So the progress control research of concrete project has provided an important guidance to bring management to a higher level,to improve management performance,to assure the completion on schedule.This article was based on the theoretical research of project management.And taked the CK-1 project as an example,the schedule and control plan of this project was systematically designed.Firstly,based on the actual situation of CK-1,this paper mainly introduces the general situation,nature and characteristics of the project,the general situation of project management,the particularity of management and the difficulties in management.Then,the schedule of CK-1 project was deasigned by following the steps: project structure,activity duration estimation,the logical relations of process,progress planning,and progress control during construction period,correction and optimization.Finally,progress control system was established on the basis of the schedule,the key and difficult points of progress control was analyzed,the method of accelerating project schedule was presented,and concrete measures of schedule control,such as the organization,management,safety,economy and technique measures was provided.
