Research On Executive Force Promotion Of Middle Managers Of Production Plant Of B In Xinjiang Oilfield Comany

Focusing on long-term development, according to their own advantages, Karamay government and the party committee of Oil Field proposed strategic aims to "create World Oil City" called as "632strategic aims" with six bases of oil and gas production,oil refining and chemical engineering, technical services, oil reserve, engineering education; three emerging industries as finance, IT and tourism; two platforms as high-quality city and safest city.The propose of "632strategic aims" means Karamay is transforming into a comprehensive city from a resource-oriented one. The attached oil companies are facing and experiencing unprecedented impact and influence from economic integration, information networking and update knowledge, each of which is a challenge to the companies. Executive force determines the rise and fall of an enterprise, while middle managers’ execution level determines the strength of the execution of the enterprise.This article takes Plant Oil B in Xinjiang Oil Field Company as example to research the executive force of middle managers with literature research method,survey study, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.Firstly, basic information and executive force of middle managers are surveyed and analyzed to find out the principal problems and major factors affecting executive force.Then each factor as organization, group is analyzed respectively.Finally, counter measure and suggestions are given accordingly to promote the executive force and provide theoretical basis and method to practice executive force,make decision scientifically and effectively and provide reference for enterprise competitiveness.
