Achieving the change from "made in China" to "create in China", we must completely train and develop the human resources at all levels in the production-oriented enterprises. As the key connection point, middle managers have a decisive role in transformation process form "manufacturing factory" to "creative factory" of the manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, based on previous data and existing research findings, it selected a manufacturing enterprise as a sample and researched incentive factors about middle management in manufacturing enterprises. As a sample, it is a large factory which has 15 function sectors and 16 production sectors a total of 2000 employee almost. In this investigation, 346 questionnaires were distributed and recovered.According to the classification and extraction from the investigation questions, this paper extracted nine affected factors which worked on the size of the incentive effect. And in this article, it also has a multiple regression analysis how about the size of the impact of the various incentive factors on in production-oriented enterprisesIt has some discovery when make a contrast between the various staff groups. The effects of incentives male employees feel is higher than that of female employees. The effects of incentives would become higher when employees had a longer length of service. And, the employees 25-29 year-old had the incentive effect minimum, over the age of 40 employees had the incentive effect maximum.Based on the findings, we can find the incentive effects had a difference between different incentive factors.
