Beijing branch was established in2007, the main business is the original design manufacturer of mobile phone products.In a short span of eight years, the Beijing branch had cooperated with NOKIA, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, HUAWEI, DELL, Lenovo, Acer, HP, Intel and other clients for several times. In these years, BYD provide high-quality products and service to each customers in the advanced business processes. However, with the increasingly fierce competition in electronic communication industry, the rapid changes in customer’s demands or requirements, the ODM business process of Beijing branch will also face to the challenge. Therefore, I will use the theory of business process reengineering, the value chain and concurrent engineering, and analyze the key points in Beijing branch ODM business process, to find out the influence on the product cost, quality, time, speed. Then according to the actual status to make a effective solution to enhance the competitiveness. And this solution of the business process reengineering will be a important theoretical and practical significance to the ODM companies.After analyzing the current status of Beijing branch ODM business process, I found out some problems in the ODM business process. Such as the communication with the customers after we get the business, cooperation level is not high enough, the order information is not dynamic; product design efficiency is relatively low; it also did not realize the JIT production and just in time production etc.. To make sure that the solution is fit for the Beijing branch of the ODM business process reengineering, this paper use the summary method and value chain analysis model to analyze the influence of the key points in Beijing branch ODM business process on product cost, quality, time, speed. And summary the problems in Beijing branch ODM business process. On this basis give a solution for Beijing branch ODM business process reengineering. This solution will strengthen the collaborative product design in different departments, establish a rapid response to changes in the market value chain.In this paper, the research methods and analysis strategy, is the application of the theory of business process reengineering, the value chain and concurrent engineering in the ODM field of ODM business process.
