Due to information technology as the leading of advanced technology rapid development, combined with the economic globalization, the world economic environment of enterprises has changed markedly. Modern enterprise competition, in the final analysis, is the competition between enterprises in supply chain. More and more enterprises have realized that must implement process reengineering based on supply chain, and build a powerful supply chain network to lean, efficient, can in the fierce global competition.This article first through to the process reengineering theory, the theory of supply chain reengineering theory research, process reengineering are analyzed respectively and the connotation and characteristics of supply chain management, and combine the two, a detailed discussion on the process reengineering based on supply chain of the motivation, principles, methods, procedures, goals and performance evaluation, process reengineering based on supply chain, the analysis framework is established. Analysis framework, points out that due to the process reengineering based on supply chain with high complexity, reengineering implementation should be taken when the incremental mode of reengineering, continue to advance, to increase the reproductive success rate, to guide MY Group to carry on the process reengineering based on supply chain.Then, the analysis of MY Group supply chain process, this article from MY Group of the shortcomings of the existing supply chain processes, points out the company information communication, the spread of bureaucracy, the low degree of standardization, and supply chain win-win consciousness is caused as a result of inefficient supply chain process. In analysis of the needs of MY Group’s supply chain process reengineering, this paper from the overall for MY Group’s supply chain business process reengineering scheme design, in order to overall comprehension of process reengineering. Then to MY Group sales in the supply chain process, production, purchasing three core reconstructing analysis in detail, some auxiliary process of supply chain processes and key between each link the redesign of the docking process.Finally, proposed in this paper, the implementation process reengineering based on supply chain, needs in the organization, system, technology and management aspects of the establishment of a strong security measures, can we make such a huge, complicated system reengineering a success. In the process of research, this paper mainly uses the method of observation, interview, literature induction, theory study and case analysis and so on carries on the related research, by use the knowledge gained in the study and in MY Group’s work experience, the effect of process reengineering for the long-term, consistent tracking and observation, based on the evaluation of the effects of process reengineering.Overall research train of thought, this article is through process reengineering based on supply chain theory research, to guide the process reengineering of MY Group; At the same time, in turn, use case implementation process reengineering of the supply chain, MY Group, to enrich the process reengineering and the related theory of supply chain management, provide fresh fodder for process reengineering based on supply chain, expected this article research, to manufacturing in our country, especially with MY Group similar machinery manufacturing enterprise supply chain process reengineering to provide certain enlightenment and reference.
