The article is based on the purchasing process insupply chain of T Company artificial list, makes deeper research on processreengineering of supply chain.On the basis of actual purchase of spare parts processed by T Company TyumenProduct Center (TPC for short) from Tianjin Product Center (XPC for short),direct at the current situation of process reengineering in the supply chain ofmanufacture, by expounding the management theory of supply chain and applyingBusiness Process Reengineering theory, with ASME method and Value StreamManagement analytical approach, analyse and diagnose the PO management, QCmanagement and warehouse management of previous purchasing process in supplychain, finding the problem, set up new scheme is implemented to find the superiorityof new purchasing process.
