This study to WK real estate company, a region of Hubei province as an example, analysis of the supplier management status in Hubei region, points out existing problems, and targeted put forward the supplier selection and evaluation scheme, establishment conforms to WK real estate actual a supplier management system.This study analyzes the WK supplier management status quo of the real estate company in Hubei region. A WK real estate company in Hubei area a procurement supplier CARDS and blacklist management at all levels measures, formulate supplier introduction, inspection procedures, formulate the supplier evaluation process. Hubei regional supplier management system optimization and the optimization target can be summarized as four aspects, namely, fast, good, province. In addition, this study proposed WK real estate Company in Hubei area a supplier management system optimization scheme of the implementation of the strategy:clear responsibility and strengthen supervision, to strengthen the process control to achieve the lean management, establishing diversified supplier relationships.
