B ased on supply chain management theory, the Z’s supplier management system to optimi ze the proposed standardized procurement ideas, propose a multi-objective comprehensi ve evaluation model for supplier selection based on signaling theory, while building a ne w supply chain environment supplier performance evaluation system so as to achieve be tter supplier management effectiveness; supplier relations of cooperation, with respect t o Z in cooperation with suppliers to focus only on immediate interests, the lack of long-t erm strategic cooperation with suppliers consciousness proposed corresponding optimiz ation measures.
