Manage the current era, the era has gradually crossed process management, strategicmanagement as an emerging management level and the height has gradually come to bereferred to the primary schedule, the competition between enterprises is also increasinglyintensified, it is because modern the companies are often faced with more complex than anyone era of internal and external environment, such as: the big bang of information, as well asthe geometric growth of knowledge management and value-added, innovative beyondimagination and even flooding, high-tech products in every corner of the globe continuecome out and it brings the concept of rapid change, and so have raised new opportunities andchallenges for the modern enterprise management. Human Resource Management (SHRM) isthe trend of human resource management in an increasingly globalizing economy and themarket today; it is attracting the concern of the commercial circles. As a result corporatemanagement has become an urgent upgrade work. However, what is strategic human resourcemanagement? What would the relationship business strategy and human resources strategylook like? How to play a strategic role in human resource management? Industries andbusinesses are often puzzled by these issues in their daily economic activities. Accordingly, Iwill detailly around these issues to proposed some workable methods which are feasible toimplement strategic human resources for enterprise managers at all levels.Today’s Yanchang Petroleum Group, is experiencing unprecedented challenges andopportunities to extend the premise of the oil in the scientific concept of development as ageneral guiding principle, adhere to the "Human resources are the primary resources" and theconcept of "talent first" strategy, accordance with the idea "service global talent priority,overall development, high-end leads, use-oriented, innovative mechanisms" continuousinnovation, the traditional human resource management model rises above the height ofstrategic human resource management, it could really to retain talent, the development ofenterprises. This paper is divided into five chapters, namely related to strategic humanresource management theory introduced; prolong the status of strategic human resourcemanagement of oil; Yanchang Petroleum Analysis of strategic human resource managementissues; Yanchang Petroleum to achieve strategic human resource management suggestions came to the conclusion the conclusion is: the external challenges faced by many companiestoday are constructed of strategic human resource management system is the extension of theoil the only way to get the core competitiveness.The innovation of this paper is: strategic human resource management through theunderstanding and application of the theory, through the extension of the oil analysis of thespecific situation of the enterprise, in order to extend the implementation of strategic humanresource management in the oil made a strategic design feasibility for implementation changecorporate strategic human resource management to provide a reference ideas.
