Since the90’s of last century, the retail industry has become an important part of China’s third industries, and chain retail industry is the backbone of the retail industry. Chain supermarket in China has experienced sustained rapid development stage, and made important contributions to the expansion of domestic demand, promoting economic sustainable development. However, in recent years, with the rapid expansion of foreign supermarket injection and local supermarket chain supermarket, quantity, size relative to the market demand is close to saturation, competition and bowel. At the same time, with the development of the Internet, online shopping rapid increase of trading volume of goods, but also to the traditional retail industry has brought great impact and challenge.In the face of the fierce competition environment and in order to seize the market, expand sales and improve market share, the Dalian Supermarket internal management level are to strengthen enterprise management, to the development of fine. The L chain supermarket is not exceptional and begins to pay attention to the category management, began to explore the management mode of single product.Based on the data investigated from the L chain supermarket, single product management status is summarized in this paper. The problems and reasons of single product management in the L chain supermarket are analyzed. In view of the main business indicators, the scientific accurate store SKU module is established. By the ABC analysis effectively sustained, the SKU optimization is effectively improved. The evaluation mechanism of a single product management and the efficient method of AB class of goods are also improved. A single product management mode for the L chain supermarket has been carefully designed. A new management mode of single product management scheme for the L chain supermarket is put forward.This paper focuses on the design of the L supermarket chain management scheme of single product management mode, innovative point of the study is that starting from the micro single product management mode, proposes the L supermarket chain of stores a single product management process in a single product (SKU) model is fast formulation, optimization and evaluation of internal control, puts forward the design scheme of the management pattern of single goods and the implementation process. The significance of the study is to solve the problem of extensive management through the management mode of single product, to strengthen the fine management and to greatly improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the L chain supermarket.
