As a new form of retail trade, chain supermarket changes the traditional management manner totally and accelerates the development of the retailing very much. Though it is not long from the chain supermarket coming into China, the management form has deeply influenced our country's circulation, even is breaking and reforming the traditional pattern of the circulation. It predicts that the modern chain form will dominate our country's circulation. Form the end of 2004, the foreign chain supermarket had come into our country rapidly, and the competition of the supermarket became furious. Through firm combination and bankruptcy, some small supermarket has disappeared and some chain supermarket group has developed fleetly. In the future 10 years, China will become the main field of supermarket competition and its chain supermarket groups must enlarge their scale in order to succeed in the competition. So the research of the development form of our country's chain supermarket is very important for developing our country's circulation corporation and is valuable for the supermarket management.This essay bases on the existing theory and integrates the author's work experience in the retailing. It adopts the methods of theory analysis and compare research and research the most important item of the chain supermarket development— —the development of its branch organization. Through the discussion of the chain supermarket branch, this essay brings forward the pattern of our country's chain supermarket branch's development pattern, analyzes the core content of the development pattern, including scientific distribution design, establishing uniform corporate image, constituting standard system of commodity management and establishing intensive distribution system. This essay also researches the ensuring system of the chain supermarket management, including information system, central stocking system, human resource management and the construction of corporation culture.
