The Research On The Construction Of Supermarket Chain Group-oriented Fruit-vegetable Product Logistics System

Since reform and opening up, China's agriculture and rural economy has undergone considerable development, and an overall shortage of agricultural products has ended. Most agricultural products have an oversupply. Fruit-vegetable products, like many other agricultural products, are facing a difficult sale. It is closely linked to the phenomenon that the development of fruit-vegetable product logistics lags behind recently in China. To develop modern agricultural logistics vigorously is an urgent need. In order to develop modern methods of distribution of agricultural products actively, to establish a stable relationship between the purchase and sale, China promotes "agriculture super-docking " strategy vigorously to guide the building of chain base for direct procurement of agricultural products, to construct covering the whole process of agricultural production logistics system and provide it with policy support. As one of the core logistics of fruit-vegetable products, supermarket chain group will usher in development opportunities for fruit-vegetable product operations, but also will face the new demands of economic development, as well as other subjects of competitive pressures. How to improve fruit-vegetable product logistics system in China, and how to implement a good "agriculture super-docking " strategy in supermarket chain group, and how to play the central role of chain issues attracted the author's attention. Under this background,this paper takes agricultural products logistics and agricultural products supermarket chain group as research objects,through theoretical and empirical research to construct a Supermarket Chain Group-oriented Fruit-vegetable Product Logistics System. In order to provide reference to develop China's agricultural products supermarket chain group and promote the efficiency of China's fruit-vegetable product in circulation.At first, this paper described the research background, research significance, the basic theory used in the definition of related concepts and a simple set briefly, while analyzed the characteristics and problems existed in the fruit-vegetable product logistics. Then, in order to get reference, the paper has summarized the fruit-vegetable product logistics development process of America and Japan. As the number of chain stores and the size of sales increase rapidly, the status of the supermarket chain groups in our country's retailing upgrades continuously. And they have a competitive advantage over network layout, management, and quality and safety, etc, have become the main fruit-vegetable product distribution channels, and have a major impact on the supply and demand of agricultural products. On this basis, the paper has analyzed the question which existed in supermarket chain groups, and further pointed out the superiority and the status of supermarket chain groups of our country in the fruit-vegetable product logistics through the SWOT analysis. From the macroeconomic situation and competitive environment, the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges are very obvious, but compared with other models, the supermarket chain group is playing a more prominent role. On the basis of abundant analysis of China, on the basis of norms in the system, suitability for agricultural nature, channel simplification, government support for the principles, the paper constructed a Supermarket Chain Group-oriented Fruit-vegetable Product Logistics System from the perspective of systems theory. Finally, the case practice of Wumart Holding Group has been analyzed. Though the study of the case, we can not only obtain some helpful inspirations, but also establish stable practical foundation of conclusion and system building in this research.
