With the rapid development of national economy in recent years, improvementof bank credit system, and many other factors, the competition in food processingenterprise has intensified. Many small and medium-sized enterprises with flexiblesales strategy, sensitive reaction of the sales channel make great distress to largeenterprises, especially the system of the large group. The industry leaders shouldchange the traditional model of concept to face the challenge.As COFCO`s food processing department, COFCO energy department mainlyengaged in corn deep processing. Products include: fuel ethanol, edible alcohol,DDGS, corn germ oil, citric acid, etc. Since its establishment, energy department hasbeen using fragmented management sales model. But in the face of national foodpolicy adjustment, export tax rebates, and the price of domestic raw materials belowwith the price of imported raw materials, the membership enterprises face thepressure on the cost of production. In the circumstance of less than50%, eachenterprise market has bad sales situation. In the face of the flexible sales strategy insmall and medium-sized enterprises, the traditional large enterprises in energydepartment have the difficult to deal with.COFCO energy department’s the original sales model has been unable to meetthe needs of market competition. The sales system which could fully integrateinternal resources, strength sales system is strongly needed. So the more suitabledesign for the current situation in the market marketing system is imperative. Basedon the present situation of sales integration project team management, through thestudy of the project team management, this paper is aimed to promote the project team management ability.From the perspective of the project team management, this paper first analyzesthe background and significance, probes into the contents and methods of the study.After the analysis of present situation of the energy department and grain departmentsales background information in the integration of the project team, combined withthe imported project team management’s basic theory, the management mode areanalyzed and summarized. With the combination of the actual case of salesintegration project team management, this paper finds out sales integration problemsof team building, the project team and analyzes the problems of team building andmanagement, put forward their own opinions and countermeasures for correspondingproblems, finally concluded that the construction of efficient and innovative team isthe effective solution. This paper analyzes the characteristics and effectiveness of thegrain sales integration project team and gives the practical advice to improve thisproject.
