Team building is also called team development.It is a kind of performance art.By improving the efficiency of the organization to improve organizational growth,and promoting the organization management activities.As the modern market environment has become increasingly complex,the influence of personal ability of organization development group is better than the role,in fact,team building is the essence of management psychology and behavior science method,with them to deal with problems of coordinate the relationship between the various groups,It fully excavate the potential of members to enhances the working efficiency of the members of the group marketing theory,this paper build communication theory Performance management theory and other relevant marketing theories,As ChengDu office of SEW company to research object,thinking about how to apply scientific management methods to its team building.Under the theoretical guidance,combined with the actual,found that team building results have been obtained at the same time,there are still some problems,for example,through analysis,this paper concluded the SEW company in ChengDu area team construction of the main problems are: 1,the functions of setting on the post of sales manager crossover and absence.2,the performance appraisal pattern,not form a scientific system.3.The lack of high quality in the construction of team leader.4,the team did not have formed the basis of mutual trust these problems seriously influence the team performance of the sales departmentThis paper is divided into six parts: the first part,describes the significance of the background research topic literature review and research methods;In the second part,relevant theories of team building are sorted out to provide theoretical guidance for the following part.Third is four parts in this paper,we study the key,the third part gives the SEW company team building status in the fourth part is according to the questionnaire,interview method result analysis comparison,summed up the reasons of the existence of the SEW company team building the fifth part summarizes the SEW company team construction of the problems and causes of the sixth part gives the SEW company team building strategies to resolve the problem,from the leadership team culture communication management puts forward countermeasures such as performance management team training...
