After China’s entering WTO, domestic enterprises face intensifying challenges including economy globalization, market diversification and management information, due to the striking investment and gambling. The management of Chinese Real Property are not exception but have realized their survival and sustainable development relies on enhancing their core competitiveness.Business Process Reengineering has been recognized both home and abroad as an efficient tool to enhance the core competitiveness and it has been widely applied and tested in the field of manufacturing. Chinese property development has its uniqueness different regions has their own mode and inclined to be affected by policy. Hence, based on the uniqueness of property industry and companies, this paper refers to the applied BPR theory in the manufacturing, with combination of the external and internal changes that company faces, carries out a concrete research of the whole process of BPR.The paper first introduces the background, purpose and significance of the study on the implementation of BPR in real estate enterprise, then introduces the process reengineering theories and practice application. It focuses on the principles and steps of business process reengineering. Then the paper from the current situation of process management of Ling’an Gold Group Real Estate Development Company Limited analysis, the use of "fishbone diagram method" according to the enterprise actual, present status of diagnosis process management. For example describes the reconstruction of output "company policy, regional business" business model, and a new group organization structure, business process. Finally, to evaluate the overall effect, from the implementation of reengineering process integrity, rationality, process flow, process refinement and consistent strategy, organization structure and process system point of view, finally obtains the business process reengineering effect evaluation results. According to the evaluation results to determine the process reengineering of Lin’an Jinji Real Estate Co. Ltd has achieved good results. This paper is the BPR for a more complete discussion of the article on the Chinese real estate enterprises.
