Study On The Influence Factors Of The Business Process Reengineering In Real Estate Enterprise

As a management thought, an advanced management method, the emergence ofthe Business Process Reengineering (BPR) caused the attention of countless people,the progressiveness of ideology and the completeness of reform also makes thescholars and entrepreneurs to discuss and practice. But no matter in foreign countriesor in home, the success rates of the Business Process Reengineering is not high, anddid not reach the goal which the enterprise prescribed. In this background, this paperdiscussed the implementation effect factors of the Business Process Reengineering inreal estate industry.Firstly,this article elaborates the theory about the Business ProcessReengineering and the influence factors of the Business Process Reengineering, asthe theoretical basis of this paper; Secondly, it analyzed the internal and externalenvironment on the influence of the real estate enterprises, and put forward thenecessity of business process reengineering in real estate enterprises; Third, combinedwith the real estate industry, It detailed analysis of the Business ProcessReengineering in real estate enterprise; Then according to the theory of front analysis,put forward the evaluation index about BPR implementation effect and nine factorsabout enterprise strategy, enterprise culture, business process, implementation plan,personnel factors, information technology, organization structure, policy environmentand economic environment, each with a detailed analysis; Finally, according to BPReffect the evaluation index and nine factors that put forward the theoreticalassumptions and built an influence factor models of the business processreengineering in real estate enterprise.Through the questionnaire survey to collect data, quantitative analysis by SPSSsoftware, as well as qualitative analysis of the policy environment and economicenvironment, this paper proved the front theoretical assumptions, established themultiple regression equation about effect factors of the Business ProcessReengineering in real estate enterprise, obtained the regression coefficient of the effect factors, determined their important degree. The research result has certaindirective significance of China’s real estate enterprises better implementation of theBusiness Process Reengineering.
