Organization Structure Reconstruction And Management Process Reengineering Of Chinese Private Real Estate Enterprises

Based on my actual work, this paper is combined theories with practices. The modern business management theory and internal control theory are applied to the daily management of the enterprise.At first, this thesis analyzed the present situation, enterprise characteristics and business models of Chinese private real estate industry. I found that the development situation of real estate industry is still tough, especially in the project development, market exploitation, etc. At the same time, private real estate enterprise in our country is still in the stage of Patriarch-based Management. Generally, such enterprises exist many problems such as unreasonable organizational structure, illogical and regulations, arbitrary decision-making, lack of capable staff, weak financial risk control.During the interview and investigation in HY Group, I found there are many problems in the management of this company. Through the analysis of these questions, the author puts forward the appropriate suggestions to reconstruct organizational structure and management processes. To establish a scientific and efficient organization and management system.First and most, I put forward a series of suggestions and countermeasures to the management of private real estate enterprises. Firstly, entrepreneurs should abandon adventurism and speculative mentality. The chairman of company should have a clear understanding of their own shortcomings and deficiencies. Secondly, enterprises in management should be institutionalized, standardized, scientific and sophisticated. Thirdly,entrepreneurs should build a good corporate culture. At the same time, the leaders of the enterprises should keep learning new knowledge and widen their horizons. Then, entrepreneurs should respect the law and be social responsibility. As a result, enterprises could control and prevent all kinds of rates.
