Along with the arrival of knowledge-based economy, network economic ages, we followed an information society, Economic globalization and information-based have become the characteristic of this economic ages. Under this background, the world economy expresses a kind of trend of globalization gradually, which makes business enterprise of the competition turns worse continuously, traditional business enterprise's organizing has already adapted the request that ages develops less and less, enterprises have to look for the change of management. Traditional management method can't change the emergence absolutely, such as lowly workflow efficiency, swollen organization structure, high cost. But take process as the management method can show an exaltation of the work efficiency and lower development cost, and pay more attention to the need of customer, it can promote the ability in competition . For this, in 1990, Michael·Hammer put forward the standpoint of business process reengineering(BPR). Henceforth, the business process reengineering is a kind of management thought, being an important function in exaltation the ability of business enterprise, and the information-based process. It became popular of the whole world in very short several years. The business process reengineering firstly investigating how the business enterprise process develop and over, then describe, analyze, resolve the whole business enterprise process and reengineering the organization to match the business enterprise process, in order to control the whole processes effectively. Make business enterprise pay more attention to the result of process, remove the traditional management which pays attention to some link but no man to be responsible for whole processes in.I wrote this paper based on the research before, combine the theories research and case research together, Aim at the characteristics of real estate business enterprise, make use of business process reengineering to the real estate business enterprise. Carry on a thorough research on the process of real estate business enterprise. In this paper, I introduce the business process reengineering from the theories first, show the method, step of process reengineering systematically; carried on a synchronous research towards operating related organization structure, human resource and corporate culture etc., put forward a process type item organization structure and item management system with the foundation of process reengineering; secondly according to experience of working in some real estate company, take that company as an example, analyze its process, row a flow chart, find out an existent problem, put forward an improvement opinion, end design a new process.
