ST Coal Terminal Company has built up perfect human resource management regulations in order to standardize the company’s human resources management, to strengthen staff selection, training, assessment, promotion, salary and rewards and punishment management.At present, the company human resources work mostly develops according to the strategic requirements of the company and the perfection and optimization of exposed problems, which makes human resources management in a very passive position.
