| Human resources management always connects with the strategic and daily operations of the port enterprises. And Human Resources Management Assessment (HRMA) can ensure its adaptability, feasibility and effectiveness, which is of great significance to the achievement of the port enterprises' strategic goal.The thesis starts with the analysis of the present condition of human resources management of the port enterprises, the characteristics of them, the present HRMA index system and then builds an index system for HRMA. Secondly, the model of HRMA based on BP network and the model based on BP network combined with GA are presented. The models are followed by a numerical example, which shows the model based on BP network combined with Genetic Algorithms is more effective than the model based on BP network. Finally, the model based on BP network combined with GA is chosen as the model of HRMA of port enterprises.Here are the major work and innovations of the thesis:1. Study the HRMA of port enterprises especiallyThe studies of the HRMA are mostly focused on the public company. The thesis has built the model of HRMA of port enterprises.2. Establish the index system of HRMA of port enterprises to show their characteristicsThe human resources management of port enterprises is different from that of the other industries, and it has its own characteristics. This thesis establishes the index system based on qualitative and quantitative indexes, so as to make the model more effective.3. Build the HRMA model of port enterprises based on BP networkBP network provides an effective solution to the nonlinear, dynamic process of HRMA and a new idea to the determination of the weights of the index system. 4. Build the HRMA model of port enterprises based on BP network combined with GABP network model is practical in assessment, but it is not effective when it applies to the new conditions. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the BP network and the GA, the thesis builds the HRMA model based on BP network combined with GA, which is more practical than the model based on BP network.This thesis studies the human resources management assessment of the port enterprises in great length. Some suggestions are put forward for further research of HRMA of the port enterprises. |
