| Human resources, plays an important role in the operations and development in business, it is one of the most important resource for enterprises to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. Face to the continuous development of the world, along with the rapidly changing global competitive environment, how to adapt to the new competitive environment and how to take full advantage of human resources to create maximum profit become important issues to business managers.Based on the importance of human resources, This paper did a deeply thinking and research on measurement method of human resources value. The paper described the importance of Human resources value to enterprises and cleared the significance of the research. Then, on the basis of a number of documents, it made a clear understanding of the current situation of the domestic and foreign scholars on the Human resources value. sort out the directions of existing research on human resources value measurement. On the depth study of the concept of the value of human resources, the paper identified the differences and connections between human resources and human capital, it summed up the characteristics of the value of human resources which were instability, period, and fuzziness. Then, the paper studied of Marx’s labor theory of value. Western economics theory of marginal utility, human resources current theory of value, the introduction of these theories laid the theoretical foundation for later measurement method. The paper introduced the common monetary measurement methods and non-monetary measurement methods, and listed the advantages, disadvantages and scope of the various methods, proposed a new measurement method. Finally, the new measurement method was applied to the actual case studies to verify the scientific and practicality of theoretical research results. |
