Human resource management is the foundation and guarantee of organizing activ ities in an enterprise, while the human resource strategy is the core of enterprise strate gy. At present, talents are the core human resources in the competition among enterpri ses and the human resource management is of the core position in the enterprise strate gy. With the explosion of enterprise competition, it is difficult for any enterprise to ha ve permanent competitive advantage, thereby making the enterprises be faced with ser ious challenge in their survival and development. Some competitive advantages of an enterprises can be easily duplicated by its competitors, but the advantages in human re source cannot. Therefore, in order to sustain competitive advantage, enterprises shoul d combine human resource strategy with enterprise strategy.In recent years, the competition of the oversea education training market has inte nsified, but the status quo of human resource management in the training enterprises h as had many problems to be solved. Taking SDXHD training institution as the researc h project, this thesis on the basis of the theory of human resource management and str ategy introduces the strategic management of oversea education integrated project an d reveals its characteristics and management contents. Concrete research contents are as follows:Firstly, this thesis demonstrates the development background and tendency of hu man resource management, the human resource management theory and the strategic human resource management, which form the theoretical foundation for my research. Secondly, having done the data analysis on the status quo of the human resource mana gement in SDXHD integrated project by using the actual research, questionnaire surve y, and interviewing method, this thesis have discovered that fragmentation of employe e resource, unreasonable structure, instability and mobility of the employees and the l arge proportion of inexperienced young trainers are the main questions which are relat ed to human resource management.Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the industry environment and SWOT of human resource management development in SDXHD integrated project, this thesis summar ies the opportunities and challenges that SDXHD integrated project would face and pa ves the way for the further human resource management strategy.Finally, Based on the clear orientation of knowledge-based industry, this thesis s upplements and perfects the construction of human resource management strategy in SDXHD integrated project.This thesis adheres to the combination of theory with practice, adopts the researc h methods like documentary method, questionnaire survey, SWOT analysis, interview ing method and case analysis method, analyzes the strategic human resource manage ment of the integrated project on the basis of human resource management theory and strategic theory, explores the establishment of the system and provides realistic basis f or the development of similar institutions in human resources management.
